  • Insituform Technologies Inc. (INSU): shares of underground pipes maintainenance company plunged 22.78% to $20 per share after the company said it is expecting earning decline this year as U.S. spend less on sewer pipeline rehabilitation. The stock was the leading decliner on Nasdaq today with 6.05 million shares traded.
  • KMG America Corp. (KMA): shares of life and health insurance provider plummetted 43.83% to $4.87 per share after industry ratings agency downgraded the company's outlook. The stock was the biggest loser on NYSE today with 9.32 million shares exchanged hands.
