The stock is in bull strong bull market as the stock is above 50 day moving average with both 50 day and 200 day moving average rising. The stock was the fifth leading gainer on NYSE today with 9.7 million shares traded.
Stocks Drop on Heavy Volumn
- SanDisk Corp. (SNDK): shares of Sunnyvale, CA based memory card maker plunged 20.39% to $49.15 per share on disappointing outlook despite posting strong third quarter result. The stock is in weak market with K line now below D line and was the fifth leading decliner on Nasdaq today with 57.5 million shares traded, the fourth heaviest traded.
- Caterpillar Inc. (CAT): shares of leading construction and mining equipment maker plummetted 14.52% to $59 per share after the company reduced the forecast due to sales slowdown. Technical chart shows the stock has been in weak market since September as 50 day moving average has been below 200 day moving average. The stock was the second leading decliner and the heaveist traded on NYSE today with 67.8 million shares traded.
