- Glamis Gold Ltd. (GLG): shares of Reno, Nevada based gold mining company surged 18.68% to $46.12 per share as Goldcorp agreed to buy the company for $8.6 billion. With ROC now showing the stock is overbought, there's chance of profit taking. Yet with 50 day and 200 day moving average still rising, this is a good stock to hold for long. The stock was the second leading gainer on NYSE today with 12 million shares traded.
